Steps to cancel your subscription with ChekCoach

As listed in our Terms & Conditions your ChekCoach membership, will renew year-to-year and automatically renew unless and until you cancel your membership. Follow the steps below to turn off the auto renewal for next year's certification. If you wish to continue using ChekCoach after turning off the auto renewal, you will need to checkout on your Account page.

1. Log in to ChekCoach
2. Go to My Account page.
3. Click the blue 'Edit Account' button and then click 'Update Payment Info' link in the drop down.
4. Click the blue 'Turn Off Auto Renewal' button. If you do not see this button, auto renewal is turned off already.
