The standard offering lists national criminal-history and sex-offender screening. Confirm the exact databases, jurisdictions, search types, and any required additional checks before purchasing. County, federal, fingerprint, or governing-body-specific requirements should not be assumed to be included.
Acceptance depends on your state, league, governing body, and insurer. First-aid awareness does not replace an accredited CPR or first-aid certification. Screening supports your safety process; it cannot guarantee future conduct.

The $19.99 rate applies to eligible annual renewals. Confirm included repeat checks and training, any lapse or re-screening charges, and whether billing is automatic or requires action. Creating an account does not charge anyone.

Your organization name and your email create your account. Then add coach names and emails using a CSV, a pasted spreadsheet, or individual entry. You can start with one coach and add more later. You review your list and invitations before coaches are contacted.
Requirements vary by state, sport, governing body, and insurer. Confirm your required provider, search package, and training before enrollment. A ChekCoach certificate does not automatically replace a credential required by another organization.
Timing depends on screening sources, record availability, follow-up review, and how quickly a coach completes training. There is no guaranteed turnaround here. Plan ahead of your season and confirm timing for your package.
Each coach completes their own screening flow. Required disclosures and authorization must be completed before screening proceeds. Do not collect or email Social Security numbers through a club contact form. Confirm the provider’s current consent workflow during setup.
ChekCoach’s privacy policy says Social Security numbers and dates of birth are transmitted to Accurate through encrypted HTTPS and are not retained in ChekCoach’s database after submission. ChekCoach may receive statuses and report information to administer certification. Read the privacy policy
Screening provides information from the sources searched, subject to their coverage, accuracy, and availability. It cannot identify every record or guarantee future behavior. Keep screening alongside training, supervision, reporting policies, and your organization’s own review process.
The dashboard includes renewal status, and eligible annual renewals are listed at $19.99 per coach. Confirm whether an existing or lapsed certification qualifies, what needs to be repeated, and when payment is due. An outside provider’s certification is not assumed to transfer.
